    Hello,

    When I click customize theme or customize header the page loads but the content does not load. I am currently working on the site offline.

    Hi,

    The problem is that one of your installed plugins has been conflicts with our Customizer code.

    Please try to deactivate all plugins (exclude the plugins that come with Soledad), then re-enable one by one to check which plugin cause this issue.

    Hello,

    I deactivated all plugins that didn't come with the theme and the same issue continues.

    It's been like this from the beginning before I started adding any other plugins.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your message. My site is being built offline currently so I am unable to pass the credentials over. I have deactivated elementor as well thinking it might be the builder plugin but the same thing has occurred.

    Hi,

    Please enable the WP_DEBUG mode by following the document here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/, then load the customizer setting and send me a debug.log file located at the wp-content folder.

    Hi there,

    It turns out it was a browser issue! All works on Chrome.

    Thanks for your help anyway.
