The current version of Soledad already supports the dark theme, you can enable it by going to Appearance → Customize → General → Colors: turn on the "Enable Dark Theme" option then change the color here.

You can install the WP Dark Mode plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-dark-mode/. This plugin will turn on all WordPress themes into dark mode without any risk.

The current version of Soledad already supports dark mode for the entire site but doesn't support the dark mode switcher for the visitor.
1. Please to Appearance → Customize → General → Colors: turn on the "Enable Dark Theme" option then change the color here.
2. Navigate to WooCommerce → Color: change all the shop colors here to fit your site color.
