    I bought your solad theme but the activation does not work. when click on the Activate now button, a blank page appears and that's it

    Please make sure your hosting installed the php-curl module from your hosting. Please check it first.

    Hi,

    Please make sure you've installed all required plugins before importing demo data.

    If you want to import the demo that contains the shop, please install the WooCommerce plugin first, then import the demo data later.

    Hi,

    I've checked your site, and the problem is because you've installed the mod pagespeed on your server, so all the JS code in the admin can't load correctly, please try to turn off this feature then check again.

    your explanations are logical but the reality is that I have several WordPress sites on this server. Why is it only with your theme that I have a problem?

    Hi,

    Your site always shows an error on the dashboard with all WordPress themes. You can switch back to the default theme & check the browser console log for more information.
