    I'd like to force the H1, H2 & H3 headers to be CAPS on my single posts.

    Hi,

    Please go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS then add the following custom CSS code:

    .post-entry h1,
    .post-entry h2,
    .post-entry h3,
    .post-entry h4,
    .post-entry h5,
    .post-entry h6 {
        text-transform: uppercase;
    }
