When loading the AMP website, it only shows the latest blog posts, but does not load the woocommerce store page. What should be done about it so that the store appears and not the latest blog entries? Thank you
Unfortunately, the current version of Penci Soledad AMP doesn't support the WooCommerce content for the AMP page. We'll consider adding this in the future plugin/theme update.
We bought this template because it was supposed to be FULL AMP, and we felt completely cheated with this purchase., since it was the main thing we needed for our website.
1. Soledad support all built-in theme featured with AMP, this means all your page/post/... will be fully compatible with AMP,
2. WooCommerce is the 3rd party plugin of WordPress and Soledad full-featured support this plugin but doesn't support the AMP version for the WooCommerce at this time, there is NO cheat here. If you want to use the AMP of WooCommerce, you need to wait for the author of this plugin intergrate this feature,
3. If you need to include the AMP support for WooCommerce right now, please use an AMP premium plugin here: https://ampforwp.com
We are very disappointed with your response. On its theme page it says that full AMP support is not this yes and this is not, apart from your theme it is giving us errors that we have had to deactivate the speed optimization because it loads the home page badly.
We are very disappointed with the support received and the theme purchased, since in the first email you deceived us saying that in future updates you were going to implement it and in the second email you told me to buy a plugin for 199 dollars.
1. If your site has an issue with the speed optimization, please send me your WordPress admin account in a PRIVATE reply, I'll log in & help you config it correctly,
2. Please understand: AMP for WooCommerce is a premium feature and there is no WordPress theme on ThemeForest already including it. We always listen to our customers and never stop improving Soledad. If many customers required this feature, we'll consider adding this in the future theme update.
