    Hi,

    when I insert the top bar, the layout of that one is broken only when I'm not logged in.

    Please how to solve this issue?

    Hi,

    This problem is similar to the header, please clear all the W3 Total Cache, Minify cache then check again.

    Done.

    I switched off also wp rocket, wpform and disabled cloudflare chaching. The issue is always there.

    How to solve it?

    Maybe you've removed all the custom elements? I've checked your site, and all the elements working properly.

    When you are logged no issues. Please try to test it with a new incognito window.
