I am trying to modify (customize) my footer. Whatever I do, that is to say modify in the widgets, or directly in "personalize" >footer, nothing happens on my site. So I tried to do it with Elementor, but I don't know how to save my modifications. So I lose my work if I don't switch to "premium"?
There doesn't seem to be a connection between what I do on the "widget" page regarding the footer and what actually appears on my site. The footer remains the native footer of the theme. But the footer must be modified in the widgets, right?

The problem because you've not enabled the footer widgets on your site.
Please go to Appearance → Customize → Footer → Footer Widgets Area: turn off the "Disable Footer Widget Area" and then check again.
