Whenever i go to update the plugins, i keep getting this message

The notifications don't leave and I'm seeing some issues when i post a new article and ads don't show up properly.

Could this be a caching issues?

    Hi,

Maybe this is a caching issue, you should turn off the cache for all the admin pages and then check again.

    Hi,

I've checked your site, and the problem is that one of your security plugins has blocked the plugin update progress, so all the plugin files still do not update correctly.

Please temporarily disable all security plugins, update all the plugins then re-activate again.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

I disabled all my security plugins but the issues seems to persist. I'm looking into my firewall but I've also added it to my bypass list temporarily.

Would it be possible to know where it attempts to connect and retrieve the files? I'll be able to check a little deeper in my reports/logs

I seem to have gotten to update by deleting the three entirely. I then reinstalled the three and they installed correctly.

Could this be a bug as i'm not finding anything in my logs?

    Hi,

The problem may come from the hosting/server file configuration, it doesn't allow overwriting. You can't update the theme/plugin files, but you can delete then re-install.

    PenciDesign.

    Like a permission issue?

We use Webmin/Virtualmin and I have total access. If you can point in the right direction I think I could figure out the rest!

    Hi,

Maybe this is a permission issue.

You should create a new topic at the VirutalMin support portal, here is some related topic:
