    Hi there,

    my client is using Iphone 11 & 12, the blog list image is not showing.

    Please help, thank you!

    Hi,

    First, please update your theme to the latest version 8.2.3 as I see you're using an outdated version of the theme. To update the theme to the latest version, please do following this guide. - remember to do step 4 after updating the theme.

    I see you're using the plugin SG Optimize to optimize your website speed.

    Please go to the settings of SG Optimize and disable all optimize CSS/ optimize JS and disable the lazyload images/media.

    After that, try it again.

    And if you want to optimize your site speed, you can follow the guide as we said on the documentation for the theme here

    We checked with different IPHONE 11 12 13pro aren't showing. Android phones are ok.

    Hi,

    This is an issue with the lazyload feature of Safari.

    I've fixed it by adding this code to the functions.php file:

    add_filter( 'wp_lazy_loading_enabled', '__return_false' );

    Please clear all the browser cache then check again.

    Please make sure you've cleared all the browser cache then check again.

    I'm checking your site on my iPhone (XS and 12), and it shows images properly.

    Hi,

    The "Clear Critical CSS" button will display if you have:

    - Enable the Penci Shortcode & Performance Plugins,

    - Enable the Optimize CSS & Critical CSS options.

    Please check site settings again.

    Our client found another IPHONE problem...

    Facebook can't show... we try 2 ways, 1 is the element theme provided, and we insert iframe...both can't show in IPHONE.
