You can show the Weather element by editing your page with the Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder, then drag and drop the "Penci Weather" to the area you want to show.
You also need to enter the weather API key to Appearance → Customize → General → Extra Options → Weather API Key.
Please edit this element with the Elementor → select tab Style → General: change the font size at the Typography option fields, check the screenshot here.

There are 2 problems. 1. Cannot set vertical mobile menu 2. Cannot use custom font in footer.

Unfortunately, the current version of Soledad doesn't include the Weather widget, you can only use it via the Page Builder plugin.
