    I am having a hard time with a Join/Membership bar below the main menu.  The built-in Membership/Join bar and the customized text bar I created only work in design mode.  Using Elementor in design mode, and on preview, the blue bar appears. When the admin is signed out of WordPress, the blue bar does not appear. (See Images) On the mobile app only the text appears without color background.

    About this case, please clear all the WP-Rocket cache then check again, here is a screenshot of your site when I've to bypass the cache:
