Hello, I'm trying to figure out where in the theme I need to change the site title and meta description to show up on Google search. (screenshot attached) I changed it in Yoast SEO, but it hasn't changed so it seems something in the theme code is overwriting that. Can you guide me to where I can change this? Thanks!

Hi,
1. You can change the site name to dashboard > Settings > General > Site Title.
2. About the meta description, please go to Appearance > Customize > Homepage > General: Add Meta Description for Homepage.

Hi, unfortunately we've tried both of those things! Is there anything that could be getting in the way of it?
Yes, those are all correct. Should I go ahead and insert that code into the <head> ? (Nervous about breaking something when altering code!)

No. You shouldn't add anything to the head content.
Yoast SEO and Soledad already insert it.

But it's not working, it still appears in Google as this (screenshot attached)

For this case, you need to wait for Google re-index your site and then update it on the Google Search Result.

How long should we expect that to take? We entered the information yesterday, I've never seen a site not do this right away.
