I run GoogleAds on my site and after updating to a different demo design, I get ads on menu area when I scroll my website.

This huge AD docent allow the user to read the content. (please I'm talking about the second AD) that second ad makes the menu desasear as well. and this wants happening with the previous version of the soledad theme.

My menu is now created with Header Builder, is that why?  how can Fix this pls help . Thank you

    Hi,

    1. Please make sure you've removed all the ads code by going to the dashboard > Soledad > Ads Manager,

    2. If you've inserted the Google Auto Ads, you need to set up it by following the document here: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9261307?hl=en

    Hi

    1. no codes are there, I never put them there I have a plugin to put the ads code.

    2. My only option is to disable Auto Ads?

The other design works just fine, no ads show on sticky menu. So the problem is when I started to use a newer design that uses Header Builder for Menus.

So the problem is with the theme itself.

    Hi there,

    1. I don't have ads code added to the dashboard > Soledad > Ads Manager,

    2. I can only exclude specified pages as it is mentioned in the article.  https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9262311
couldn't fine anything about removing ads on Menu --- and I need the ads to be auto.
    3. This issue only appears when I integrate the standing new design . in my actual web https://micaritafeliz.com/ I don't have this issue. this is the staging : https://staging.micaritafeliz.com/ and this error happens when I go live with the staging. Please I need help here. thank you.

    Thanks, but

    1. Why this only happens when the new design is implemented and not the old design?

    2. Why on my staging site it doesn't have the ads on menu, but after I migrate it does have the ads on menu?

see is part of the head builder navigation menu-style-2 no-class menu-item-normal

I have tried adding a CSS and it works.

    .pc-builder-element pc-builder-menu pc-main-menu{padding:20px;} .pc-builder-element pc-builder-menu pc-main-menu .google-auto-placed{display:none;}

But this shouldn't be the solution, again this problem only happens after switching to the new design and using head builder.

    Hi,

You need to follow the document here to exclude some DIV class/id from Google Auto Ads: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9279143?hl=en

Please notes: the main problem is that Google detects the wrong position to show banner ads, it doesn't relative to the Soledad or any theme.

    Hey,

I'm sorry, but I do believe it is the theme. When I use it I get these errors with my ads. and I got blocked on Adsense and couldn't even edit any ad on my site. That's the error I get on Adsense when I activate that theme.
and on my website then, I see the error that I previously mentioned.

I had to get back to the previous version of the theme, so I'm good in Adsense. I don't get this error, and I can edit my ads. as you can see in the previous image.

So please, how can I update the theme with the version and style  I need without getting all these errors?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

As I've seen in your screenshot, Google Bots can't read your site CSS correctly, so it renders the wrong position of the banner ad. Please make sure you've cleared all the site caches then check again.

You should also send me the full screenshot of the Google Ads settings screen because Soledad doesn't include any iframe content on your site.

    PenciDesign.

    Hello there,

For the CSS, I'm using the Soledad theme plugin.

    1. all the issues start when the standing goes live: https://staging.micaritafeliz.com/ (Soledad new design)

    2. I don't have any issue if I keep the old  and actual theme:  https://micaritafeliz.com/ --

    3. I need to use the new theme and get the standing live, but when I switch to the new design. Then I have all these problems. The ads in the menu appear and do not allow the users to read the content, and I get errors throughout the site seen by Adsense.

    4. I believe is something about the theme the one I'm using is this: https://soledaddemo.pencidesign.net/soledad-personal-food-blog/

    5.  So please, how can I update the theme with the version and style  I need without getting all these errors?

    thank you.

    Hi,

    1. The new header using the new HTML & CSS structure, but Google uses the old data so it inserts the wrong ads for your site.

    2. I'm reminded again, this is not an error of the Soledad theme. There is no way to fix this issue from HTML/CSS code from our theme. If you don't how to get it to work correctly, you should contact Google Adsense Support to get an efficient solution here: https://support.google.com/adsense/?hl=en#topic=3373519

Please note: Google displays the wrong banner position on your site, Soledad theme can't modify the Google Auto Ads banner position & output content.

    PenciDesign.
