    How to update the below contact form with my e-mail address so the messages can be sent there?

    Hi,

    Please go to dashboard > Contact > Contact Form: select the form you want to change the received email, click the tab "Mail", and change the mail address in the "To" field.

    By default, Contact Form 7 will send to the mail address at Settings > General > Administration Email Address.
