The image in this area will auto-resize to 585x585px. If you want to show it as the full size, please go to Appearance > Customize > General > Manage Image Sizes: turn on the "Disable Image Size - 585 x 585px" option.
I've checked your site, and all the image sizes are based on your settings at the Appearance > Customize > General > General Settings > Featured Images Type.
If you want to select the custom image size or show the featured image as a full thumb, you should build your homepage with the Elementor Page Builder and then modify the image size via this builder.
