I am trying to replicate the categories part with the images, just as in https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-travel/ just below the featured slider (stating Travel Tips, Asia, Europe, America). Is there a specific element or widget for this? If not, how should this be created that it shows and links to the designated four categories?

This is a homepage featured boxed elements. You can add this in 2 ways:
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Homepage > Home Featured Boxes: fill in all the required information in this section,
- Use the Penci Featured Boxes element on Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder.
