    Hi,
Is it possible to minimize the container width of the content area on all posts? I have attached a screenshot where I want the content area to be for instance 728px (marked with yellow) and the post image 930px. Right now the sentences in the content are too long - now userfriendly to read :-)

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS then add the following custom CSS code:

    div.penci-single-wrapper div.container-single {
    max-width: 767px;
    }

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Thanks.
Can you tell me where I can decrease the size of the container where the skyscraper banners are placed? As you can see in my screenshot they are to far away from my content.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi,

The side banner ads were inserted by the 3rd party plugins, so you should check it on the Ads plugin you've installed.

    PenciDesign.

  • Udbye7120 replied

    Ok, thanks.
Can you tell me where to find the settings of the category template - I want to decrease the width of the template and exclude the right column with widgets?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi,

Please go to Appearance > Customize > General > Category, Tag, Search, Archive Pages: you can change the archive page settings on this section.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

  • Udbye7120 replied

Sorry, but I can not find any settings concerning width of the template or how to deactivate the right column on the category pages? Do I need to make a new template?

    PenciDesign replied

    Hi,

The right columns is the sidebar, you need turn off the "Enable Sidebar On Archives" option.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

  • Udbye7120 replied

Thanks, I found the "Enable Sidebar On Archives" option, and the sidebar is now disabled. Now I just need to reduce the width of the container to 930px instead of 1170 px. on archive pages, but I can not find this option anywhere?

    Hi,

    1. Go to Appearance > Customize > Single Posts > General: turn on the "Turn Off Uppercase on Post Title",

    2. Please send me a screenshot of this issue,

    3. You should read the document in detail here to setup the sticky float banner correctly: https://adinserter.pro/documentation/sticky-ads

    4. Navigate to Appearance > Customize > Logo & Header > Colors: change the color at the "Padding Menu Items Background Color".

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

  • Udbye7120 replied

    Hi,
Thanks a lot for your support :-)

When I change the font size of "General Font Size for Text" on desktop to 19px, the font size on mobile devices increases too even though the font size on mobile is set to 14 px - how come?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi,

    1. The problem is that you've added the wrong JS code, so the preview mode can't work properly,

    2. I've config the body font size for mobile, please clear all the browser cache then check again.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

  • Udbye7120 replied

    Thanks,
What do you mean with adding the wrong JS code - I have not added any JS code recently?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

  • Udbye7120 replied

    Hi again,
There is still something wrong with the body font size in the theme builder - if you enlarge the body font text on desktop to 21 px, you will see that the body font text on mobile increases without having changed the font size on mobile - it is still 14px, but on the live size it is suddenly bigger after having changed the desktop size?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi,

Please apply these settings to your site, I need to check it on the live site (not a preview mode).

  • Udbye7120 replied

    Hi,
I have just increased the body font size to 20px, and now the font body size on mobile has increased too. You can check it on my live site.

    Hi,
Thanks, but it does not work properly on mobile - now I have increased the Font Size Text Inside Post Content to 15px on mobile, but the text is not 15 px on the live site, and I hace emptied the cache.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I attach two screenshots from my IPhone 13 Pro in Chrome browser. I have increased the body font size on mobile to 16 px, but the font size in the browser is smaller and not 16px. What does this relate to?

    Thanks

    Thomas

    Hi,

If you don't add any extra JS code, the error maybe comes from one of your installed plugins.

Please try deactivating all plugins (excluding all the plugins that come with Soledad) then re-activated them one by one to check which plugin caused this issue.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,
Is it possible to avoid black screen (I am in the kitchen) when you use the shortcode penci_recipe plugin like other recipe plugins? Right now the screen turns black when you are cooking.

    Thanks

    Hi,
Thanks - please see attached screenshot from another food blog with another recipe plugin - it says "Avoid black screen" - keep the screen on function. Is that possible with Soledad recipe plugin?

    Thanks

    Hi,

The problem has been resolved by my host provider - they have updated the php-version to the latest version which is necessary to the newest update of the Soledad theme.

But how can I disable lazy loading for some scripts provided by my ad agency?

    Thanks
