The "Slider Auto Time" on the Penci Custom Slider is not working properly. No matter how many milliseconds I add to it, the speed does not change. So the slider scrolls fast.
The Slider Auto Time speed does not change. It keeps sliding every 4 seconds no matter how many milliseconds I add to the settings. I wanted to slow it down because it scrolls to fast.
Also, the transition style does not change. I tried setting it to Fade and it still does the Slide animation.
Unfortunately, the site is behind our network and not accessible to the public. Our site is an intranet for our organization. You can send me the code/tell me what to change and I can try doing it myself. Or If you like, we can do a zoom meeting if need be.
The problem is that the custom file will be overwritten after the theme update, so we'll add this as an option in the future theme update (it may be released end of this month).

Hi,
Please send me a page you've added the slider, I'll check and then send you a quick solution.

Hi.
Just checking about updates on this. The previous update (Version 8.3.1) did not address the issue.

Hi,
In this case, please wait for me to send you a custom file the next day.

This ticket has been opened since January. Nothing has been resolved since then even after several updates.
Hi,
Sorry for the late reply.
The problem is that the custom file will be overwritten after the theme update, so we'll add this as an option in the future theme update (it may be released end of this month).

Hi,
Please send me the screenshot of the settings you've made, I'll check and send you an update file as soon as I can.

There's only 2 settings that are not working at all and have no effect.
I wanted a fade transition and not a slide transition and i want to reduce the time between slides.
Here is the issue: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/13939516?key=3ddf23a2b8d88fb0897490870d43e691

Hi,
Sorry, I've forgotten about this.
Please send me the list of the plugins you've installed. I need to double-check it on our testing site and then send you update files.

Thank you soooooo much. This resolved the issues with the slider. My clients are happy and that's all I care.
Can you please assure me that this is part of the next update?
We can close this ticket.
Thanks
