    I already found the text and changed it, now I don't know how to define the mobile hamburger menu.

    I created the MENU-MOBILE there in menus, but I can't insert it in the hamburger

    Hi,

    If your header was built with the Header Builder, please go to dashboard > Header Builder > click "Edit with Penci Header Builder" on the current header layout, then change the mobile menu like the screenshot below:
