    I followed those instructions many times, resetting w3tc settings too and clearing critical css. But some went wrong.

    Solving it, pls say to me what setting did I wrong.

    I've config some extra JS delay by going to Appearance > Customize > Speed Optimization > Optimize JavaScripts.
