in a post I use penci template and it shows in elementor properly like first attached pic but the text in the post content can't be edited. and it turns out to be like in the 2nd pic while the post was open in front end. why?
Maybe you don't understand how the post template work.
If you want to create a post template, you should go to Dashboard > Post Template, then you can choose the post template by going to Appearance > Customize > Single Posts > General > Custom Post Builder Template.
