Issues:

1 To install the Theme I had to do it by copying the soledad.zip file manually because when I try to do it through Wordpress, the error in the image Screen1 appears.

2 When I try to install the plugins it doesn't let me either. View Image Screen2

3 In the file downloaded from Envato, the most important Elementor plugin does not appear. Apparently not down.

4 This is the most important thing to me. I want to know why it tells me that I can only use the template on a single website. Whenever I buy a template I can use it on several websites. That is too many restrictions.

5 Two days ago I wrote to you to please tell me how to solve one of these problems and I have not received any response. I think that if the support is like this with you, then I will have a lot of problems. I hope I don't regret buying this template that seems to be very good.
