I would love to create a custom scrollbar on my website. I have tried every plugin in the WP repository. I found that all of them give issues with the theme. The best plugin is Advanced Scrollbar, but it conflicts with your theme as it slows down the scrolling and loading of the front page in spite of changing scroll speed and other related options. I have also tried finding custom CSS code to create a similar effect, but this has been to no avail.
Now I was wondering if it would be possible for you to create an additional Penci plugin or theme customize option where your users can have full controle over the look and feel of the browser scrollbar. It should work / have options similar to the Advanced Scrollbar plugin but better.
By offering this additional feature you allow your clients to fully customize their website look and feel, which I think is almost as being in heaven :D
