    I have created a custom shop header template.

    What I want is to use that for woocommerce shop pages.

    IT doesn't look like it is working

    I was told it is supported before purchase.

    Please check and let me know what is required to make it work.

    Hi,

    You can assign the header template for WooCommerce pages by going to Appearance > Customize > Logo & Header > Header Builder > Header Builder for WooCommerce.
