    We have encountered an issue where, despite deselecting certain categories, posts exclusively belonging to these categories continue to appear in the popular posts section. 

    Is this a known bug, and what would be the recommended course of action to address it?

    Hi,

    You can delete this widget and re-added it again OR install the Clear Cache for Me plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/clear-cache-for-widgets/
