Bug in image galleries of portfolio projects & blogposts

    Dear Author,

I'm having issues with one of two websites I'm using the Soledad Theme on. The issue started yesterday. It concerns the display of images in image galleries. I noticed this when adding a new project to my portfolio site. https://felixscholz.de/portfolio/fashion-weeks-2019/

    The problem:

The images in the portfolio project gallery (as well as in new blogposts as I just tested) only appear in a thumbnail size. No matter what setting i choose when creating the gallery (columns, image size, type as masonry or slider...) it will stay the same: thumbnails, that's it

I also realized that whatever change i make to the gallery of any already existing  portfolio project or blogpost, it will snap to this kind of thumbnail image display after that.

This issue appeared yesterday. I was uploading new projects to my portfolio page in the last days, everything worked well until yesterday. Even yesterday in the morning i created a portfolio project which turned out as i was used to it. In the evening suddenly this bug appeared.

I checked on my other website https://paulastor.com/collection/ which I'm running with Soledad as well. The image galleries there work just as I am used to it. No problem there. Both my pages use the latest version of the Soledad theme.

The beautiful possibility of image display are a core feature of the Soledad theme to me as an artist, so I'm very much hoping for your help and support in that matter.

    Thanks for your time, Felix

    Hi,

The problem is that the Jetpack plugin has auto-optimized all the images you've selected, so it doesn't show correctly.

Please try to disable the Jetpack Image Optimization and check again.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.
