    Hello, I have an issue with my IG account, it stopped working. 

    I have re-connected it from the Soledad menu and it all seems fine. But when I open the site I get an error message. See screenshot. 

    How can I fix it?

    Hi,

    This is an issue with the cache.

    Please delete all the Instagram widgets and then re-add them again.

    Hi, I have tried what you said but it did not work. I also deleted the cache from my browser. 

    Anything else I could do?

    Hi, 

    I have the same problems on two websites that I maintain with Soledad, since Version 8.3.5. I have delete all the Instagram widgets, had also deleted the shortcut in Instagram and i have renewed the Instagram link on WordPress/Soledad, which didn't help. The problem is not solved.

    Hi,

    Please Re-update the theme by doing follow the steps below to fix the Insgram issue:

    1. Edit the code like in the image below:

    2. In Appearance > Themes > click the update now button to re-update the theme.

    Hi, I just saw that there is a new update of the Soledad theme - 8.3.6.

    Should I still proceed with the changes you have described?

    You can update to version 8.3.6, this version also fixed the Instagram connection issue.
