I have the same problems on two websites that I maintain with Soledad, since Version 8.3.5. I have delete all the Instagram widgets, had also deleted the shortcut in Instagram and i have renewed the Instagram link on WordPress/Soledad, which didn't help. The problem is not solved.
Hello, I have an issue with my IG account, it stopped working.
I have re-connected it from the Soledad menu and it all seems fine. But when I open the site I get an error message. See screenshot.
How can I fix it?

This is an issue with the cache.
Please delete all the Instagram widgets and then re-add them again.

Please Re-update the theme by doing follow the steps below to fix the Insgram issue:
1. Edit the code like in the image below:
2. In Appearance > Themes > click the update now button to re-update the theme.
