    Hello,

I have a couple issues going on.

Issue 1: I was working on my contact page and added a WPForm (simple contact form). Now I'm seeing a spinning wheel on the contact page. The page is loading, but it's still spinning. Any suggestions? I'm attaching a screenshot.

Issue 2: The second issue is probably unrelated as it started before issue 1. This issue has to do with scrolling. When you click on page down key, the page keeps going down even when you let up on the page down key. So you can't stop and look at content in the middle of the homepage.  Any idea what might be going on?

    Thank you!

    Kathleen

    Hi,

I've fixed this issue by turning off the "Auto Get Featured Image from Post Content" at the Appearance → Customize → General → General Settings.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

Thanks, the problem is still happening. Basically, if you're on a laptop using Safari, and you hit the down arrow, it keeps scrolling until the bottom of the page. On other websites, when you let up on the arrow down key, the scrolling stops.

For some reason, my website keeps scrolling even when I let up on the arrow key. I took a screen video but this site is not allowing me to attach it.

If you have any other ideas, I would appreciate it.

    Thank you,

    Kathleen

    Hi,

My website is still experiencing this problem when scrolling. I checked all the plugins not associated with the theme, and they don't seem to be causing this problem. If you could please advise on how to correct this, I would appreciate it.

Again, the issue is with scrolling using the up/down arrows on a Mac laptop, using safari. See the description below for more info.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

We have two Mac laptops here and it's happening on both laptops. FYI - When I scroll using the  the scroll bar there's not a problem. The problem is happening when I use the up down arrows. If you click on the down arrow to scroll, the screen doesn't stop scrolling when you the up arrow. It just keeps scrolling until it hits the bottom of the page.

Both Mac laptops here are updated to the latest Mac OS: 13.4.1.

    The Safari version is 16.5.2.

    Thank you,

    Kathleen

p.s. I installed and tested on Chrome on these same computers and the scrolling using Chrome is fine.
