    Good morning,

    header builder does not open anymore with Edit with Penci Header Builder and I get this message "A critical error has occurred on your website. Please check the site administrator's mailbox for instructions" but no e-mail has arrived

    How can I solve this?

    Hi,

    Have you translated any text using Polylang and included special characters? The issue may arise from Polylang translating certain settings text in the Penci Header Builder, resulting in an incorrect functionality.

    To verify this, you can disable the Polylang plugin and recheck the site's behavior.
