Problem with Penci recipe after latestupdate

    Dear Team,

    After today's Soledad update (to version: 8.3.7) the Penci Recipe plugin stopped working. Recipes are displayed correctly on the website, but suddenly in post editor any content is not displayed. When expanding Recipe for this post menu nothing shows up. There is only blank line and I cannot write nor edit a recipe which does exist. Reinstallation of the plugin and clearing cookies did not help. I haven't done anything today besides updating the theme. WP version 6.2.2. 

    May I ask for your assistance?

    Hey, I am having the same issue with my client site. She has active license but I do not have purchase code right now to create new ticket. Can you tell me what is the issue so I can fix it.

    Hi @Developer_987,

    To fix this issue, please try to do the following steps:
    1/ Go to Dashboard > Plugins > All Plugins > deactivate & delete the plugin "Penci Review"  ( NOT "Penci Recipe" )
    2/ Go to Appearance > Install Plugins ( NOT Dashboard > Plugins ) > and re-install the plugin "Penci Review"
    3/ Go to edit a post > press Ctrl + F5 sometimes to clear the browser caching - and it should work fine now.

    thanks but after installing the Penci review from Appearance, the issue is still there. I have deactivated the Penci review now.
