I've just finished migrating from a staging site that had your theme, to override my previous theme. Not everything worked and hopefully I'm near the end of getting it all looking good.
So far, I failed to get a border around the header, which I really need for the site layout to look good. I carefully copied the settings from the staging site header builder and managed to get everything cloned on the new site except for the border. I've even studied your video Header Builder & Footer. One issue was that I never saw the visual layout on top of the elements, another issue is that the 'save header' button remained greyed out after trying to make the border.
For reference: I'm looking at the 'border' on your Header 14 - mid-bar. Its the border that rests above and below the top menu. I would appreciate an early reply as I've been asking about this for sometime, thanks!
To save time, I exported a json file from the header on the staging site that has the required border on it. I don't know the exact steps to activate that header globally on the site. I did manage to import it into the header builder 'add new' page.
I'm also having issue with activating the footer I built. It appears in the footer list. I press publish but I only see your own footer at bottom of each page. Please let me know steps I should take?
Sharing that video is not helpful. If you checked what I previously wrote you'll see that the video didn't answer my question. I wrote: "I've even studied your video Header Builder & Footer. All I'm trying to do right now is put a border up like the one on your header 14 - mid bar. Can you kindly, give me precise details about how to do that one thing? Thanks!
I made a header called 'staging header' that you can see in the screenshot. Please tell me the exact steps I need to make this header become the new header for all my site. And please, no more long videos to look through that don't give me the answer I'm looking for. Thank you and I look forward to your early reply.

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Header Builder → General Header Builder for All Pages: select you've created at this option.
