    Hi,

The issue lies in the browser needing time to load the icon font files, resulting in a render-blocking problem. However, the Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) is smaller than 0.000x, so you can disregard it.

    Hi,

in this case it was smaller than 0,000x, yes. Unfortunately 1200 crawled desktop links have not passed the cls test as CLS shift was > 0,1 and have been marked as need to be optimized recently in my google search console. So any idea what to do please?

    Hi,

In this case, you should wait for Google re-index your site content and check again. The progress may take 2-3 weeks.

    Hi again,

the CLS shift is currently there. It´s close to 0,1 and sometimes above. So I´d need a solution how to fix that issue as it seems to be caused be the theme.

    Hi,

    1. Your site is currently using the pagespeed optimization from the WP-Rocket. I recommend you should use the Soledad Pagespeed Optimization by following the document here: https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-document/#speed-optimization

    2. You should check the CLS score by following this link: pagespeed.web.dev/

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

I usually check with GT Metrix and pagespeed.web.dev...the cls shift result showing via Pagespeed test.

Tried via Soledad Pagespeed Optimization...besides that CLS Shift didn´t change the Speed Index, LCP and FCP have been much worse than with Soledad Speed Optimization.

    Hi,

I've checked your site on Google PageSpeed many times, the CLS always shows zero value like the screenshot below:

    Hi,

I've checked the single recipe page but haven't found any issue relevant to the CLS, here is the screenshot:

wtf...what is your location? Why do we get such different loading times?

I am a little bit shocked about LCP, FCP and Speed Index in your test...sitting in germany plus host from germany all is green there...maybe I´d consider a cdn...

    PenciDesign replied

    Hi,

Yes. If you want to improve the LCP, FCP, .. for all the locations, you need to use the CDN service.

    PenciDesign.
