    Hi,


    How do we enable "WhatsApp Image Thumbnail View" on social sharing?

    This is so frustrating as our shared articles on whatsapp dont  show image thumbnails

    We currently dont see where to enable thumbnail  view and are at a loss

    Hi,

    Sadly it is still not displaying. Image thumbnail doesnt show on WhatsApp share.

    We are very confused

    Hi,

    Regarding WhatsApp, their image requirements and recommendations are different from that of Facebook. Unfortunately, we were unable to find an official guideline for the image requirements for WhatsApp, but you can find some similar recommendations here: https://roei.stream/2018/11/18/ideal-open-graph-image-size-for-whatsapp-link-share/

    In the past, it was recommended that the image needed to be under 300kb in size and 256x256px but not larger than 400x400px.
