Please go to Appearance → Customize → General → Category, Tag, Search, Archive Pages → Category, Tag, Search, Archive Layout: you can change the layout on this option.
Your site contains the error that comes from the Elementor PRO plugin, please try to disable this plugin or downgrade the server PHP to version 8.0 and then check again.
