    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I encountered with the Gardening Magazine demo in the Soledad theme.

    Specifically, when attempting to import the Gardening Magazine demo, I noticed that the homepage does not load correctly. It appears to be missing the content of posts and images. However, I have tried importing other demos in the Soledad theme, and they seem to be functioning correctly.

    I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide guidance on how to address this problem and restore the proper functionality of the Gardening Magazine demo in the Soledad theme. Your expertise and support in resolving this matter would be invaluable.

    The issue is that your hosting consistently displays a timeout error notice. Therefore, you should contact your hosting support and request them to increase the timeout limit to a minimum of 30 seconds.

    I recommend you should contact the hosting supporter because your site always shows error like the screenshot below:

    This is a default page of the WordPress, so the problem doesn't come from the Soledad theme.

    Unfortunately, I've tried many ways but can't access your site.

    In this case, please make sure you've whitelist this domain on the server: pencidesign.net

    Go to Appearance → Import Demo Data: uninstall the current demo and re-install it.

    1. After importing the demo content, you should go to Appearance → Menus: select the Primary Menu then modify all the menu items on this page,

    2. About the issue when importing the Gardening Magazine demo, please wait for the update of the Penci Soledad Demo Importer plugin in the future.

    1. About the menu customize, please take time to read the document at this link: https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-document/#menu

    2. You've installed an image optimization plugin, which has converted the logo image to the webp format. As a result, all the logo image settings were disregarded. Please temporarily disable all image optimization plugins and check again.
