But on the homepage , the preview image , that should be the same as the featured it does not adjust . It get off the image borders.

    Can you please help?

    Hi,

All the featured images will resize to fit all the post layouts, so it will focus on the center of the image you've uploaded.

If you want to show the original images for all layouts, please go to Appearance → Customize → General → Manage Image Sizes: turn on all the options in the section.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

Ah ok .... it won't use the entire image , and focus on the center and then adjust the rest.

my objective is that it adjust to the slider layout and also the post preview.

    Hi,

All the images you've uploaded will auto-resized and focus on the center,

If you want to change the resized images and default focus point, please install the Better image sizes plugin at this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-image-sizes/

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

I have smush for images. Should I remove it and install this one?

    Because they can cause conflicts?

    Hi,

You don't need to remove the Smush plugin, it is an image optimization plugin.

The plugin I sent will modify the resize features on the WordPress core.

    PenciDesign.
