HI. I would like to change the post dates to show "last updated date" instead of "published date" across the site. In the past with other themes, I used to tweak a code in either functions.php or single page.php or single post.php. Not sure where to make change in your theme.
This is very important to me because, I update posts regularly and keep it current but when date shown is publish date, article appear to be VERY old.

Please go to Appearance → Customize → General → General Settings: turn on the "Display Modified Date Replace with Published Date" option.
