    Any attempt to use customizer crashes site with fatal error. There is no menu item on dashboard for editing footer. Client needs to change address. Running 7.4.0

    I did as you suggested, but the theme was already up to date and the footer is still uneditable.

    Your site running the outdate version of Soledad, please download/update Soledad to the latest version (v8.3.9) and then check again.

    I have updated soledad, and activated elementor, and I can see header builder but I still can't figure out how to edit the footer.

    I had deactivated Elementor because it seemed to be causing a problem.

    You can customize the footer by going to Appearance → Customize → Footer.
