    Hi,

    Below are some of my recent problems. Please assist urgently.

    1. The header and footer are not showing on the website. When I am editing in the header builder, the preview does not show.
    2. An advert appears at the top of the page after loading, and then it disappears.
    3. The YouTube video is not working after entering the API and saving.

    The URL you've sent does not use the Soledad theme.

    Hi,

    I am using the Soledad Child theme. See the attachment for screenshots. What I noticed is that the header editor preview is not showing (see the attached screenshot).

    Hi,

    I've checked your site, the problem is that you've using the template builder from the Pro Elements plugins, so the header builder of the Soledad theme can't working properly.

    Hi,

    This area comes from one of your installed plugins, the Soledad theme doesn't include this feature.

    Please check again.
