    Hi,

Suddenly the Penci slider doesn't change when I've chosen another image. When I am logged in, I see the new slider. But when you're not (the visitors) I see the old image. I have to empty my cash before it changes.

    Any idea?

    Hi,

I'm not keen of giving everytime my credentials when there's something wrong. How could it be that it worked before and suddenly it doesn't. Can you explain what it could be or what I can do to solve this issue?

    Hi,

How many slides you've added on the back end? I've checked your site and found only 1 slide.

    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

I think you don't understand me. Indeed there's only 1 slide, but I've changed it to another one and yet I still see the old one. Now it has to be this one https://prnt.sc/Vqr8g59ju_ZQ

It had always worked perfectly (changed it almost every day), until this weekend.. I had to empty the cash before I saw the new one.

    Hi,

This is an issue of the cache plugins, your site still serves the content from the cache.

You can bypass the cache by adding some extra parameters at the end of the URL, for example, https://smaakmenutie.nl/?cache=434343434

    Hi,

Ok but how will this solve the problem? Does every visitor now add some extra parameters at the end of the URL to see the new slider?

    Hi,

I've written in the previous reply, that this is an issue with the cache plugin you've installed.

Please make sure you've clear all the site cache, Cloudflare cache, server cache and then check again.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

Which plugin could it be? The only cash plugin we have is WP rocket..

How do I clear the Cloudfare cash and server cache?

Sorry, this is too easy. This is no support, just to hand me over a link with so many documents.

I bought the theme incl the support that you could help me, there I am not an expert. Don't know what I have to do (and even where to start) with all this information. Is it really neccessary?

    Hi,

    1. Users do not need to add any extra parameters to the URL to view the recent changes.
    2. The issue appears to be related to incomplete cache clearance on your server. While it's unclear which specific cache you've employed, it is essential to clear all caches after implementing the recent changes. Please note that the WordPress dashboard can only assist in clearing the WP-Rocket cache. You must log into the Cloudflare control panel to purge the cached files.

    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

It's so strange, because everything worked well till last week... I didn't update the theme or something.

Is this something that my hosting party must or can do (Cloudfare)? And what about the server cache?

    Hi,

I can assist you with all issues related to the Soledad theme and its associated plugins.

Regarding the cache issue, please review the document I sent. The problem appears to be that you have not yet cleared all the cache services you have employed, resulting in the site still delivering old content.

We do not manage your cache, server, or Cloudflare account, so you will need to clear it manually.

    Hi,

Ok thanks. The issue appears only in Penci slider.. The website shows all other new content, so that's why I asked.
