I submitted my website to google search console a day before yesterday and submitted the xml sitemap, as required be them.
Yesterday when I manually submitted some my article URL's and run the live test url on the search console after submitting the post, the page it rendered was not like it should be. Very strange website look was visible when Google rendered the website in Search Console. I ran the "Live Test Url" several times for the same URL but everytime it rendered the same look of the webpage.
Almost all the pages are rendered like this on the "Live Test Url" of Google search console and it would now start to arise mobile device usability error issues. Infact my homepage is also rendered like this only.
My website looks good in the front and loads perfectly when I see it. But somehow google search console is rendering the website very strange and not appropriate. Now it has started to show issues in "core web vitals and mobile usability".
I have attached some screenshots of the Google Search Console's Live Test of the url of the post. Please have a look.

Hello,
Any update on the issue?
Hello,
You were right, the website didn't had any robots.txt file earlier. Now I have created one with the help of Yoast SEO plugin.
How and what exactly should I edit it to allow Google to view the CSS stylesheets and javascript files and all other files as well?
