Hi, the product categories are not working properly -  doesn't matter if I filter on the shop or set a product category for the menu - it always shows all products and not the categories that should be filtered out... Do you know what is the issue?

    Hi,

    1. Your site contains some JS code that has a syntax error, so some JS features can't work properly,

    2. If you want to use the AJAX filter, please insert the WooCommerce Filter widget.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

Unfortunately,  even the category urls for the products are not working properly. I tried to set 2 submenus with my 2 categories but the product URLs doesn't filter the right categories and they show all products... Now everything is a mess! I don't know why ... it never happened before with displaying any kind of categories?! Could it be some wrong settings for the permalinks?

    Category 2) https://lillagreen.com/product-category/wall-art-prints/

    1) JS code that has a syntax error - Which is the error and how can I fix it?

    2) insert the WooCommerce Filter widget - how can I set and use AJAX filter or is it the Ajax tab I already inserted? In this Tab I cannot edit the product - cannot add Buy now button, quick view, etc..

    Thank you!

    Hi,

For this specific situation, please send me your WordPress admin account details through a PRIVATE message. I will then log in and create a demo page for your site.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

    1. You can't make the single product category page work like the general shop page,

    2. Please send me a screenshot of the single category layout that you prefer, and I will do my best to assist you in customizing it using the Soledad customizer.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

Single Category layout should look like the main shop page: https://lillagreen.com/

But I hope it is functional as later I will have more sub-categories and I will need a functional filter on product category (for example Wall Art Category - Framed, Canva, etc as Sub Category ...) ... Thank you

    Hi,

    1. I recommend you use the default layout of the shop page of the Soledad theme, like this demo: https://soledaddemo.pencidesign.net/soledad-minimal-shop/shop/

    2. You can't customize the category page similar to the general page, the category page only shows products in this category.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

I think you didn't understand me - even my URLs for product categories are not working properly. We are running in a circle without solving any issue.

    Category 1) https://lillagreen.com/product-category/travel-lightroom-presets/

    Category 2) https://lillagreen.com/product-category/wall-art-prints/

You told me there is a JS code that has a syntax error - which is the error and how can I fix it???

    Hi,

    1. The category page of your site was overwritten and built by the Elementor Theme Builder. This error doesn't come with the Soledad theme. All the Penci Products elements only work with the normal page, it not working with the Theme Builder of the Elementor.

    2. The JS code error comes with the Contact Form 7 plugin, you need to enter the Google Recaptcha API code to fix it.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Thank you,

but how can i edit the shop page by using Penci Products elements? You told me, I can edit the page only with elementor pro? I turned off the elemntor, but I need to have some filters for my shop page and sections where I display different product categories. Can you help me by that?

after removing elementor and setting the normal woocommerce + theme , this is what I see first on mobile:

    Hi,

You can create a custom shop page using Elementor PRO and Elementor Product elements. The Penci Products element may not function correctly with Elementor Theme Builder because some asset files were overwritten by Elementor.

    PenciDesign.

I am sorry to tell that, but Penci Support has changed a lot - now I get only links and the same answers all the time and no issue has been solved as it should. I don't know if I am talking to the same person all the time, but I have the feeling I get different people who tell me different solutions on default, so that they can close the Tickets without helping a lot. It takes days so that one ticket is solved ... and in the end, I get support somewhere else. I hope to get again some good quality support as IT WAS BEFORE... Thank you in advance

    1) Exactly in this ticket, I was told me to send you my login details so that you can assist in customizing my Shop and category pages by using the Soledad customizer and Soledat elements. I still have  nothing from you.

You also haven  answered to any of the other questions:

    2) I turned off the elemntor, but I need to have some filters for my shop page and sections where I display different product categories - how to do it?!?!

    3) After removing elementor and setting the normal woocommerce + theme , this is what I see first on mobile:

    Hi,

Would you like me to configure the shop page on your site to match our demo without using Elementor?

    Hi,

The product filter and other options are already displayed on the product category page: https://lillagreen.com/product-category/wall-art-prints/

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Widgets: drag and drop the ".Soledad Product Filter" into the "Sidebar Filter" area.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

One widget can filter one product attribute, so you need to duplicate this widget and modify it to filter all the product attributes available on your site.

    PenciDesign.
