Hi, I'm waiting for several tickets to be resolved so that I can further work on my shop and launch it. I waited for one week, and for some tickets even much longer or longer to be solved.
I get zero updates on what support has done, no documentation on the changes, nothing. It happened several times, that support disables plugins/ changes code and I am not informed about that - this is not ok.
I have the feeling, you are waiting for me to extend the support, this will be done anyway so please keep me updated and informed about the open tickets. All the tickets that are open are unfortunately very important for the whole website and functionality.

2. I have addressed the 'Mini Ajax Cart' issue in one ticket without providing progress updates. However, for the remaining 86 tickets, I have responded promptly.
3. If the Soledad theme has any issues, you can request us to fix it for your site without renewing the item support.
Something is completely wrong on the website since the last edits. The CPU gets over 90%+ and I get message for Data Bank error when I try to open the shop shop and products. Since the support did something for the checkout so that the discount works (SEE THE TICKET FOR THAT), the shop and products don't load at all ;( It is getting worst that better. What is the issue?!
