Hi,
1. You can translate almost theme text by going to Appearance → Customize → Quick Text Translations,
2. For the custom demo content, please edit the page with the Elementor or go to Appearance → Widget then change the titles on these pages.

Please go to Appearance → Widgets: expand all the Footer Columns and then change the footer widget heading title in this section.
