    Hi,

I turned on Lazyload (with WP Rocket), but now sometimes our logo disappeared when I'm browsing through our website on mobile. When I scroll down it appears again. Any idea how to resolve this problem?

    Hi,

Soledad already included the lazyload features, so please turn off the lazyload option on the WP-Rocket plugin, clear all the caches and then check again.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

But the website seems faster after turning the lazyload option on in WP Rocket. Could that be?

Do I maybe have to turn the Lazyload option in Soledad out?

    Hi,

You can turn off the lazyload option of Soledad by going to Appearance → Customize → Speed Optimization → General & Lazyload.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

I've checked your site on my browser (iOS Safari) but haven't found any issues related to the logo display.

I'll attempt to recheck it in the future and assist you in diagnosing this case.

    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

That's why I said "At the moment I use ONLY Soledad lazyload".

But, please check it again on mobile: I enabled WP Rocket Lazyload and disabled Soledad Lazyload.

Now you will see the issue related to the logo.

    Hi,

If your site is facing an issue when enabling the lazyload of WP-Rocket, I recommend you contact the WP-Rocket supporter to get an efficient solution.

    Hi,

But when I enable Soledad Lazyload, the issue is not solved. So.. does the disable function even works in Soledad? It seems it doesn't.

We pay for this support, so it would be nice if you help us :)

I've checked your site with the Soledad lazyload but haven't found any issues.

I'll try to check it again on another device.

    Hi,

We are going in circles. I can help you diagnose and fix this issue when you use the Lazyload feature of the Soledad theme. If you encounter this problem while using lazyload on WP-Rocket, please contact WP-Rocket support for an optimal solution. The lazyload features of the Soledad theme and WP-Rocket operate completely differently, so I cannot assist you in this case.

By default in the Soledad theme, the lazyload feature will not be applied to the logo, so it's likely that this issue is specific to your device. Please check on other devices.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.
