hi there

I was nearly  finished with my website when I deleted something that messed up my header and navigation bar. I was able to recreate the header but have not been able to figure out how to fix the navigation bar.

the menu items are on there if you hover over the nav bar. but I don't know how to change the colors of the bar and the bar text. Also I want to move the bar down below the header..

All this was done before and I have the back up files but I don't want to mess up the work I have done. If I download the back up of course the current website gets wiped away...

So please please I need help with this. I am sure it is simple but I have researched and looked all over the place for an easy straightforward fix.
