How to let menu display on the background picture, not above it?

    I want to show the header on the background picture, as the upper part of attached file. --> White menu words "on" the picture in homepage, not black munu words "above" the picture (lower part of attached file). What should I do?

    Hi,

    Please edit the homepage with the WordPress editor → Page Options → Enable Header Transparent: "Yes".

    The place for setting is "edit the page (don't use elementor) ＞roll down to "PAGE OPTIONS"＞2nd tab "HEADER"＞Enable Header Transparent: "Yes".
