The problem is that your server has modified some default JS files of the WordPress core, so all the default features of WP Customizer can't work properly.
I've enabled the DEBUG SCRIPT mode by modifying the wp-config.php file, now it woking correctly.
Please clear your browser's cache and then recheck.
