Yesterday I have installed solid security wordpress plugin and activated it. Blog was working till today afternoon but when I activated two factor authentication and when I put the authentication code in my wordpress login page it showed error – “404 OOPS! Page you’re looking for doesn’t exist. Please use search for help.”
Now I am unable to login into my wordpress admin. WordPress admin page is opening and when I am entering my login credentials 404 error is showing and dashboard is not opening.
Though I am able to access wordpress dashboard through my web hosting but through admin page I am unable to access it.
I have disabled 2 factor authentication even though the problem persist.
Please see the screen shot of the same in attachement.
For this specific situation, please send me your WordPress admin account details through a PRIVATE message. I will then log in and make an effort to assist you in diagnosing and resolving this issue.

Hi,
I also cannot access the WordPress admin page.
In this case, you should access the FTP files, delete the recently installed plugins at wp-content/plugins, and then check again.
