Hi, I'm writing to you because I'm having a compatibility problem with Elementor Pro.
I am subscribed to a website from which I can download plugins in PRO version, with GLP license. From such website, I have downloaded Elementor Pro in its latest version, to install it on the WordPress where I am working with the Theme Soledad.
When installing the plugin, the WordPress plugin installation screen keeps loading for a long time. After waiting a long time (much longer than usual) I manage to install it, and therefore I activate it.
When I go to any page, and edit with the "edit with Elementor" option, the left sidebar (where the different Elementor options appear) is blocked: that is, the circle icon appears indicating that the options are loading...but it never finishes loading (attached screenshot).
I understand that it must be a compatibility problem, since I have the Elementor Pro plugin installed in other projects and it works correctly.
I hope you can help me to solve this issue. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hello there, I know that you havent received the reply yet...is it possible to contact Elementor author back again? They could have forgotten about this...I would really appreciate it :)
This action you suggest (...increase the PHP memory limit to 1024 MB,) was made by you, or someone from your team (check the img attached). And the problem is there.
Look, I bought your theme, because it supposes to work with elementor pro. I need elementor pro, in order to create some functionalitys within the website.
So please, help me out to solve this problem. If not, I would have to find another solution using another theme (with all the actions that this is going to have for me and my work)

Hi,
I've checked your site many times, and this appears to be an issue with the hosting configuration.
Please contact the hosting support and request them to increase the PHP memory limit to 1024 MB, then check again.

Hi,
You still haven't increased the PHP Memory Limit, so Elementor PRO can't load properly.
Please try to increase this value then re-check.

Hello, Already solved.
Thank you so much for your support and your patience.
Have a good day :)
